To get custom images, go to "admin," then "skins/forum colors," then "customize images," then choose the skin you want to edit. Just go to the image you want to replace, and type in the URL of the new image.
I'll give you links to my smileys and my Psychoid guy tomorrow... or the next day... or the next day! Here's one:

Actually, if you post a "new" smiley on my forum, then go back to edit your post, it will be replaced with a URL to that smiley. Feel free to go use those, too! I'm still too lazy to give you the full list...

Oh wait... you need the "add extra smileys code" for those two. Neeeeeeeeever mind. If you want, check the source of the forum (go to "View > Source" in your browser's top bar), and look in the code up top to find it.
